This policy explains how Nexus Halo (“we”, “us”) handles the personal information you give us through this website. Nexus Halo is a pre-launch project; this site is an early-interest page and collects only what is described below.

What we collect

When you register your interest, we collect the email address you enter. We do not ask for your name, address, payment details or any other personal information, and we do not knowingly collect anything else about you.

Why we collect it, and our lawful basis

We use your email address for one purpose only: to contact you with updates about the Nexus Halo, including when private viewings and ordering open. Our lawful basis under the UK GDPR is your consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time (see “Your choices” below).

How it is stored

Form submissions are captured and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify, on our behalf. We do not sell, rent or share your email address with any third party for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until the Nexus Halo launch programme is complete, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first. After that it is deleted.

Cookies

This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our host may set essential cookies needed to serve the site securely; these do not identify you personally.

Your choices and rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us to:

• tell you what information we hold about you;
• correct it if it is wrong;
• delete it, or stop using it;
• withdraw your consent to being contacted.

To exercise any of these, or to be removed from our list, email dev@weareoc.com and we will action it. You also have the right to complain to the UK’s Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes to this policy

As Nexus Halo becomes an established business this policy will be updated, including to name the operating company once it is formed. Any material change will be reflected by the date at the top of this page.
